I was not thrilled that it took so long, but Joleane in the service department was so nice, and was constantly sending me updates so that I knew they were continuing to work on it. When I finally got it back, I was even refunded two months worth of payments that I had made to make up for not having my car. This was initiated by the service manager, Troy. Totally unexpected (especially since I was driving a brand new car for a loaner) but completely appreciated. I will most definitely buy another vehicle from them, for the service department alone. I absolutely love my Palisade!

I towed a vehicle in and was asked to go get it the next day. The person I delt with was Awesome!! He saw me pull up in my wrecker and brought the key out to me. Very friendly and helpful! Had all sales paperwork already done so when i showed up i just signed and drove off. I have tried reaching out to my salesman but they are never available and never return my calls. So service after the sale is garbage.

I just got back from an appointment at Max Motors to replace my tires and do an alignment. Don Kuhnhoff walked me through the entire process and gave me regular updates as I was waiting inside. As a young woman I am always worried that I will get scammed or picked on when getting work done on my car, but Don made it a very nice experience. He is a shining example of how amazing customer service can truly make someone's day!

I 100% recommended Tristian as a salesperson. Didn’t rush me to find a car and worked around my schedule without a fuss. If I buy a car again I would definitely go back!

Worked with Hayden Ford for a specific vehicle that the team was able to find in the exact color I wanted and they gave me more than I asked for my trade. I have been a customer of Max Motors for 3 years. At one point, the Hyundai service center was under construction, and the customer service during the interim was unfortunately not the most pleasant. When the new service center opened, it was exceptionally clean, easy to access, and the best part -- the customer service was awesome! Joleane Donaldson has taken care of me several times and she is exceptional! Communication with Joleane is always prompt and thorough. If I need anything, she is on it immediately. One time, my car was being repaired under warranty and I was in a loaner. She went above and beyond to provide convenience for me AND even called me that evening to make sure I was doing okay with the loaner. I've never had someone call and check on me like that. Came in looking for a car that was on their website, only to find it was at another location. So after the almost hour drive, we were understandably irritated. We should have called to verify, but we didn't. 100% our fault there. So Tristan and Tim got to work seeing if they could find us something else. We had some pretty specific needs, which wasn't easy for them. They ended up getting us into a new car that exceeded our needs, for not much more than we asked for. It was absolutely painless and was fast too. Best car lot experience I've had, ever. Might be a little bit of a drive, but definitely will give them another chance to sell me a car in the future.

I took my Hyundai in for a recall issue. Jolene in the service department took great care of me and my car. She found two other recalls and had them handled in the time frame already agreed upon. The whole department was really nice.

Everyone in service was very friendly and helpful. Troy Woodsra is a great service manager. Always acknowledges his customers. The service advisor was excellent. Not sure his name, but I can identify his as a bald man. Wish I could remember his name. Rodney the courtesy driver got me home and is very good at his job. He definitely deserves 5 stars.

We purchased a 2022 Fotd Bronco Sport. Rodney was oursalesman and it was a great experience. I will go back to him next time.

This is my second experience buying a car through Max Motors, and I’ll never go to another dealership! John helped me out each time and was a pleasure to work with. He made the process easy, was very personable, and answered any questions I had with ease. Dillion was an amazing help getting everything started for me before even arriving at the dealership, which made the process quick! Literally! The best auto place!! Story time! We started our day in Topeka searching for a vehicle for HOURS at only top Auto places!! We kept getting the run around from things like, o, that car isn’t here even though they said it was the day before, to, o, that one has a blown transmission, but still want 20,000 for it! I was just about in tears from exhaustion…. Then, on our way home, I had seen an ad for Max Motors and gave them a ring! The things went well right off the bat! They asked what we were looking, told me what they had and what just came in for trade! They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. They were not pushy! They ACTUALLY EDUCATED me on want brands own what brands. I could go on and on! Very clean and safe environment! They never once pushed us on warranties that we didn’t want! At the end, we bought a Honda Odyssey at amazing miles, and they really did work with us! If I could care of this a 10 star, I would! we will literally only be buying from them from now on!

My key phob needed a new battery after being almost 6 yrs. old. $15.00. Pleasantly surprised.

I had an amazing experience getting my car here. It was the easiest process I have ever been through buying a car, they transported to my town at another location and I only went in for financing. Amazing staff, amazing people, would work with them again in the future. Side note, servicing your car will take some time but these people do amazing work so give them their time and space, be patient, and know your car is in good hands, don’t listen to the people in the reviews saying “it takes hours..”.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them a couple months ago. Because I work so much, my wife was the one that visited the showroom. They were nice enough to let her bring it home for a day or two so I would have a chance to check it out. After looking over the car, I had a couple of MINOR things I wanted them to take a look at (touchup paint on the rear bumper, slight tire noise, small emergency shift plug by the shifter and detail the engine bay). They agreed to all these things and gave us a loaner car while they took care of it. The loaner car was gross. The smell of smoke was horrible, but let's forget about that. They brought the car back to us the following Monday. None of the things had been addressed at all. Why keep it for 4 days and just let it sit? If your not going to even look at it, don't lie to me! Ultimately, we love the car. But be fore warned. If you expect things to be right when you get your car, don't expect it to be from them.

I purchased a Hyundai with the help of a consultant named Cameron. The car we were looking for was in transit and we were not certain when it might arrive. I was contacted by Cameron a few days later and informed that they were able to trade with another dealership for a car that was very close to my specifications. He also emailed the link to complete the required information which is relatively simple. They are about an hour and a half drive from me and I told him that we could be there the next morning to collect the car. We were greeted by Cameron when we arrived at the dealership. He went over the features of the car and some paperwork and directed us to Finance while he went to fill up the tank. All the paperwork was ready and we were out of their within the hour. I appreciated not being haggled or pressed and Cameron was open and honest. If I am in the market for another Hyundai, I would not mind driving 100 miles to get it. I noticed that there have been some negative reviews about challenges with the follow up paperwork etc and I will update this review accordingly.

Would definitely recommend! After having a bad experience with previous ownership we were super hesitant to stop by to look at trucks. We tried anyway, and were very well taken care of by Ty, Bill, and Paul. I can't say enough nice things about them, especially Ty. They worked with us to get us what we wanted, and were pleasant the entire time. We never felt like we were being "sold" on something, and Ty was super laid back and honest with us - which goes a long way in this business. Really made the entire experience relaxed and fun. If you're thinking about buying a vehicle, I would definitely put Ty at Max Motors on your list to stop by!!

I got the best customer service there with the guys on the service side. which is what made us come back when we decided we wanted to look for a newer vehicle. We were greater by Tim who was fantastic throughout the whole process. He listened to our concerns and needs about a car we wanted and worked with us find what we were looking for without going way over budget. I highly recommend stopping by if your in the market for a new /used car or just needing service done to your vehicle.

Did me right on my oil change thanks

Had my 2011 Ford F-350 in for an oil leak and discovered there were seals leaking on the Turbo and a vacuum pump was weak. After having major repairs done I am very happy with the work that was done here in Manhattan. Had my 2011 Ford F-350 in for an oil leak and discovered there were seals leaking on the Turbo and a vacuum pump was weak. After having major repairs done I am very happy with the work that was done here in Manhattan. Taking my truck on a road trip I was surprised at the different in fuel mileage, I normally would around 17mpg but on this trip I got over 19mpg. When I spoke to the service manager (Randy) about it he was surprised but also said the vacuum pump could have been weak for a long time and that might have made a difference. The tech that worked in my truck needs to be commended for his work. THANK YOU MAX MOTORS

FHA checks all the boxes for me: great customer service, fair/reasonable prices on services, and completely transparency about repairs & maintenance schedules. Scheduling online services is super easy, and so is checking in once you get there. My favorite part is the post-service car wash. Whether you need it or not, it just shows the extra mile they go to send you on your way with repairs done and your vehicle looking great!

Fixed a recall issue. When asked about another part, they wanted another appointment. Several people working there not complying with masks. Especially working front desk and driving our cars! 🙁 Not sanitizing hands, keys etc either.

Hayden was an excellent salesman! He was knowledgeable and we left with a great vehicle, as well as a suggestion on where to grab a bite to eat in Manhattan. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
